The introduction of COVID hotels demanded swift action—especially from the Greater London Authority. They needed a comprehensive, experienced staffing solution that was adaptive to their various social housing & reliably delivered.
Solution
We provided a support structure with a range of positions to cover services housing rough sleepers—from Deputy Managers to team leaders, night and day support workers, and security staff through all hours of the day. With our successful operations, we raised the interest of other supported housing sites across London—who we have since partnered with.
