Richard founded AGS Support with a vision to raise the standard of staffing provision in supported housing and homelessness services. With over 30 years of operational experience in the sector, he has built a company culture rooted in safeguarding excellence, accountability, and genuine commitment to the communities his staff and clients serve.

Paul Wilde
Paul brings strategic insight and creative energy to AGS Support. He drives growth and ensures our message resonates with the organisations we serve — combining data-driven thinking with genuine relationship building across the supported housing and homelessness sector.

Lauren Odendaal
Lauren oversees HR and compliance at AGS, ensuring every team member is fully vetted, trained, and well supported. Her rigorous attention to safer recruitment standards — including Enhanced DBS (Adults and Children), Right to Work verification, and suitability screening — is central to the trust our clients place in us.

Adriano Gorassini
Adriano brings deep operational knowledge of supported housing environments. His ability to anticipate service challenges, manage multi-site scheduling, and maintain consistent quality across client accounts makes him an invaluable part of the management team.

Jason manages our waking night operations with the same rigour and professionalism we bring to every shift. He understands the unique demands of overnight supported housing environments and ensures our night teams are always briefed, supported, and performing to the highest safeguarding standards.
